Ingredients: White Rice, Water, Eggs, Vegetables, Cooking Oil, Seasonings (salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, soy sauce)
Instructions:
1. If you want to make Uncle Roger happy, wash your rice first.
2. Cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups of water on medium heat. It should take 10-20 minutes.
3. Put rice away in the fridge overnight. I have heard that authentic Asian cooking uses leftover rice for frying. If you want to make the rice right away, you can pat it dry. Making fried rice tends to work better when the rice is dry.
4. Add oil to your pan and allow it to heat before adding rice and other ingredients.
5. Add rice and other ingredients.
6. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
7. Plate and serve.
