2009-12-29 07.21.18I don’t know about you, but I store alot of tension in my shoulders. Sometimes I catch it, take a few deep breaths, and release it – usually when I’m thinking about something important and feeling anxious or uncertain is when I notice those knots.

The Dream – Part II

The dream now begins with me stepping into the house – now cold and hollow – the ethereal light from it, gone. With no companion, guard or guide, I enter and descend into the basement – a flickering light illuminates my steps, casting all manner of shadows around me.

1.    Be the kind of person they can turn to.
2.    Encourage them to seek therapy.
3.    Be an “active” participant in their recovery.
4.    NEVER make light of therapy or the work they are doing.
5.    Make sure you have help yourself!
